Prices

Prices are in euros, per night, for the whole apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. A pet is €10 a night. The total the calendar shows is a guide; we give the final price of your stay in our written offer, and it does not change once you have confirmed.

How a booking is made

An enquiry from this site, by email or on WhatsApp is not a booking and commits you to nothing. We answer with a written offer: the dates, the final price, the deposit, how to pay and the cancellation terms. The booking is made when you accept the offer and pay the 20% deposit, and we confirm that we have received it. You pay the rest on arrival or by bank transfer, as the offer says.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms, and what happens to the deposit, are in our offer, before you pay anything. For accommodation booked for specific dates the law gives no 14-day right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance (Croatian Consumer Protection Act, EU Directive 2011/83/EU); the cancellation terms in the offer apply. If we ever have to cancel your stay, we refund everything you have paid.

Your stay

Open from April to the end of September. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00, minimum stay five nights. At most four guests, children included. Pets are welcome. On arrival we need an identity document for every guest: by law each stay is registered in the eVisitor system.

Photos and the film

The photos of the apartment and the area are real photos. The terrace scene at the top of the home page was made from our photo of the terrace: artificial intelligence straightened and widened it, then animated it as a walk to the railing. The terrace, the furniture and the view are the same as in the photo.

The photos and texts belong to the host; please do not use them without permission. The Bricolage Grotesque, Figtree and IBM Plex Mono fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text).

Complaints

If something is not right, send a written complaint to tomislav.hlusicka@gmail.com or by post to the address above. We confirm receipt straight away and answer in writing within 15 days at the latest. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, a consumer can turn to a body for alternative dispute resolution, such as the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (hgk.hr), or to the competent court.
